Our requirements

  • Member of the Executive Board and reporting directly to the CEO
  • Responsibility for the budget and staff of your newly created department, divided into marketing and product management
  • Comprehensive support for existing customers
  • Customer acquisition
  • Processing incoming requests
  • Preparation of tenders
  • Calculations and order processing
  • Marketing planning
  • Key account management
  • Interface coordination to product management and engineering


Your qualifications

  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in sales of technical products, ideally with market knowledge in the sensor industry.
  • Initial management experience and strong leadership and team skills
  • Down-to-earth and decisive
  • Communication and organisational skills and assertiveness
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Mastery of operational and strategic work
  • Knowledge of German written and spoken, at least level C1
  • Business fluent written and spoken English
