OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • As the first employee of our Customer Service you will take over the telephone support of our national and international customers
  • You accept incoming customer enquiries by telephone and process them. If necessary, you forward customer enquiries to the appropriate specialist department
  • Independent troubleshooting of development patterns
  • Interface between the customers to be looked after and the product management

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed technical training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) Industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • Experience in technical service of sensors, machine and plant systems for several years
  • Ideally, you have already gained your first professional experience in the Customer Service environment
  • Friendly, goal- and customer-oriented approach and a high level of implementation strength
  • Founded knowledge in the fields of electronics and mechanics
  • Independent and careful operation, coupled with the incentive to find technical solutions
  • They are characterized by very good expressiveness, a pronounced service mentality and empathy
  • You have a good command of English (at least level C1) and excellent written and spoken knowledge of German
  • Care, reliability, operational readiness and flexibility round off your profile
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable
